In working together, we will use therapy modalities such as Gestalt, somatic, ecopsychology, archetypal, transpersonal, existential, and art. The axis of the therapy will be the awareness of body, mind, and spirit within a therapeutic environment that is safe, relational, and trauma-informed.

“The wound is the place where the light enters you.” Rumi

  • Individual Therapy

Therapy starts with awareness of ourselves in the context of our lives. However, the foundation of therapy is to provide the care and safe container that we need in order to be vulnerable with ourselves. It is in this vulnerable state that we can heal, grow, and connect in response to the experiences of our lives no matter what they are. My offering as a therapist to you is to provide you with adequate support for your vulnerability.

  • Couple Therapy

Any relationship is a living organism that comes to life through love. A couple is a living organism that requires love. In order to experience love, we need to embody it. In order to embody it, we need to care. Caring is a selfless way of being. In order to be selfless, we first need to take ownership of ourselves. Ownership comes from caring for oneself, hence, loving oneself. Thus, couples therapy entails learning how to tune the care for oneself with the caring for the other.

  • Grief Work

Grief is in a category of its own. Grief can leave us stripped and vulnerable and it calls us simultaneously to deepen and transcend our personal view of life and the relations in it. Grief is a stretching of our capacity to hold love, new understandings, a broader empathetic reach, and self-care.
